An eagle, I think o.o
I forgot the details. This was taken at Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center here in the Philippines. After looking at the left side, the bird suddenly stared at the camera yey ! I waited for him/her to flap his wings but failed -_-" (shy eagle)

I was supposed to submit this weeks ago but my laptop got broke down and needs to see a doctor xD It took me hours to recover my save data again. Good thing I save my photos
